China Town on the lower east side of New York City is one of my favorite places to photograph. I find it to be such an interesting place of culture, tourism and hustling. If you stay on Canal St. for any period of time their are people trying to get you to buy anything and everything from a little Statue of Liberty replica to knockoff handbags. But once you venture off Canal and go on some of the back streets it is all Chinese food stands selling foods that I have never seen or honestly would want to try. This lady had the biggest crowd around her for her fruit. She was for sure in charge and was working deals with everyone.
